*Exchanges are based on product availability and all exchanges will be priced to match the new items listed price.
**The money back guarantee applies only to unused, unaltered and undamaged products. Restocking fees may be incurred for missing items, missing packaging, or orders of 2 or more when all items are returned for refund.
International orders?
We currently do not provide free returns or exchanges on international orders.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange please let us know what items you’ll be returning or exchanging by contacting hi@chapman-davies.com, within 14 days of receiving an item. Be sure to hold on to the original packaging because we’ll ask for that too!
