How much does delivery cost?

We offer free deliver on all orders over AUD$149 to customers in Australia. Your order will be carefully packaged by us and shipped via Australia Post.

When will my order arrive?

Products that are ready-to-ship (for instance, our care merchandise, non-prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses) will be packaged and dispatched within 24hours - actual delivery timeframes may vary subject to Australia Post but are usually within 2-4 days.

For products that require individual customisation (such as prescription lenses) or personalisation, the relevant delivery times will be shown within the product details. We will carefully package and deliver your order as soon as it is ready. This may take up to 6-14 days, unless otherwise stated. If unsure, please contact us for more information. 

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, most definitely. You can, for example, have your new glasses sent directly to your office. Simply enter the address where you would like your order to be sent during the checkout process.

Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer free deliver on all orders over AUD$149 to customers in New Zealand. Your order will be carefully packaged by us and shipped via Australia Post. Otherwise standard delivery to New Zealand is AUD$19.99

Shipping (International)

We deliver internationally at a flat rate of AUD$34.99 (tracking included for your convenience)! Delivery time depends on your location. 

Returns & Exchange

We offer a 30-day return & exchange on all products.

  • 30-day return/ exchange period starts upon receipt of the order*
  • Return-label will be supplied on lodgement of return/ exchange

  • Shipping fees are complimentary for returns & exchange (Australia only)
  • $20 reglazing of custom-made lenses is applicable on returns for prescription lenses (our mission is to look after your best interests and to resolve any issues that may arise)

*Exchanges are based on product availability and all exchanges will be priced to match the new items listed price. 

**The money back guarantee applies only to unused, unaltered and undamaged products. Restocking fees may be incurred for missing items, missing packaging, or orders of 2 or more when all items are returned for refund.

International orders?

We currently do not provide free returns or exchanges on international orders. International customers are responsible for the cost and shipping of item(s) (for return/ exchange) back to us along with the original packaging in original condition. 

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange please let us know what items you’ll be returning or exchanging by contacting hi@chapman-davies.com, within 30 days of receiving an item. Be sure to hold on to the original packaging because we’ll ask for that too!
