Shipping

Domestic (Australia) Orders exceeding $149 (AUD) are eligible for complimentary shipping via Australia Post. Products available for immediate dispatch—such as care merchandise, non-prescription eyeglasses, and sunglasses—are packaged with utmost care and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times, while subject to Australia Post’s operational parameters, generally fall within 2 to 4 business days. For products requiring individual customisation or personalisation, including prescription lenses, the applicable delivery timeframe—typically ranging from 6 to 14 days—is as specified in the product details. Should the customer wish to have the order delivered to an alternative address, this may be indicated during the checkout process.

New Zealand Customers in New Zealand receive complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $149 (AUD). For orders below this threshold, standard delivery is subject to a fee of $19.99 (AUD).

International International shipments are available at a flat rate of $34.99 (AUD), which includes tracking services. The precise delivery timeframe is dependent upon the destination and the local postal regulations.

Returns & Exchange

A period of 30 days from the receipt of the order is provided for returns and exchanges. For domestic orders, a return label is furnished at no further cost, and the shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are complimentary. Returns of custom-made prescription lenses incur a reglazing fee of $20 (AUD), in recognition of the bespoke nature of these products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be adjusted to reflect the current listed price of the newly selected item. Refunds shall be issued only for products that remain unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Please note that a restocking fee may be applied in circumstances where original packaging, accessories, or items are missing, or where a partial return is made from a multi-item order.

International orders do not qualify for complimentary returns or exchanges; international customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
